The space

The home is a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a fenced in backyard. 4 bedrooms have queen beds with blackout shades and the fifth room is a dedicated workspace with a sitting/standing desk. The highlight of the house is a home gym/workout space with a Peloton indoor cycle, rowing machine, and yoga mats for guests to use. This is the perfect space to unwind after a long day exploring or loosen up before adventure in the mountains. The house has two living rooms/common areas with TV’s; one on the main floor and one in the basement. For guests traveling with little ones, there are retractable baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs, a pack n play, and a high chair.

The property features a fully fenced in backyard with a large pergola and outdoor dining area with seating for up to 8 people. Guests have access to a propane grill for preparing meals.

The kitchen features all of the standard equipment including a oven/cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Basic cooking supplies are provided including a selection of baking sheets, mixing bowls, pots, pans/skillets.

  • No parties. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am everyday in courtesy to our neighbors.
  • No outside visitors allowed in the house (other than guests accounted for in reservation details or that guest messaged host for pre-approval for).- We do not third party bookings; the guest who booked the stay must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Third party bookings made by someone other than one of the guests staying at the property are subject to cancellation without a refund.
  • There will be a $150 fee per hour for any unauthorized late check-out.

  • No outside visitors allowed in the house other than guests added to the airbnb reservation details or visitors in addition to the guests staying at the property who have been pre-approved by the host
  • Pets are subject to a $350 per pet fee and additional charges if damages occur or if waste is not cleaned up. Only one pet allowed per stay.
  • We do not third party bookings; the guest who booked the stay must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Third party bookings made by someone other than one of the guests staying at the property are subject to cancellation without a refund.
  • Guests who are still on the proper after checkout without approval of a late checkout by the host are subject to a $150 fee per hour starting at 12:00pm on the day of check-out.
