Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wanderhub Collective website and your reservation of any accommodation listed on this site. By accessing, browsing, or using our website, submitting a booking, or staying at one of our properties, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not proceed with your booking.

Wanderhub Collective (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides this website as an informational platform for our vacation rental properties. All bookings, availability, pricing, payments, and reservation management are handled through our third-party booking system provider, Hospitable. By making a reservation, you also agree to Hospitable’s applicable terms and policies.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  • “Accommodation” or “Property” refers to any furnished residential home offered for short-term or extended stays through Wanderhub Collective.
  • “Booking” or “Reservation” refers to a confirmed accommodation reservation processed through the Hospitable booking system.
  • “Guest” or “You” refers to the individual making the booking and all persons included in the reservation.

  • “Check-in / Check-out” refers to the designated arrival and departure times specified for each property.

2. Booking Platform & Reservation Process

All reservations made through this website are processed and managed by Hospitable. When you submit a booking request, you are entering into a booking agreement facilitated by Hospitable on behalf of Wanderhub Collective.

A reservation is considered confirmed only once Hospitable has successfully processed payment and issued a booking confirmation. Wanderhub Collective does not manually confirm or process reservations outside of the Hospitable system.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the booking process. Any errors or inaccuracies may result in booking issues, cancellation, or denial of access.

3. Pricing, Payments & Fees

All pricing, taxes, fees, deposits, and payment schedules are displayed and processed through Hospitable at the time of booking. Wanderhub Collective does not store or process guest payment information directly.

Payment methods, payment timing, and refund processing are governed by Hospitable’s payment system and policies. By completing a booking, you authorize Hospitable to charge the payment method provided according to the terms shown at checkout.

Additional charges may apply for optional services, policy violations, excessive cleaning, damage, unauthorized guests, pets (if approved), early check-in, or late check-out.

4. Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellation and modification policies are defined within the Hospitable booking system and presented to you prior to confirming your reservation. These policies vary by property and booking type.

All cancellation and modification requests must be submitted through Hospitable or in writing as directed in your booking confirmation. Refund eligibility and processing timelines are governed by Hospitable’s policies.

5. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times are specified in the property listing and booking confirmation provided through Hospitable. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Access to the property is typically provided via smart lock or keyless entry. Check-in instructions will be delivered through Hospitable prior to arrival.

6. Occupancy Limits & Visitor Policy

Each property has a maximum occupancy limit as stated in the booking details. Only registered guests listed in the reservation are permitted on the property unless prior written approval is granted.

Unauthorized visitors, parties, events, or gatherings are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

7. Guest Responsibilities & House Rules

Guests agree to comply with all house rules provided in the property listing and booking confirmation. House rules may include restrictions related to noise, smoking, pets, parking, and use of amenities.

Failure to follow house rules may result in additional charges, fines, or early termination of the stay without refund.

8. Noise, Conduct & Neighborhood Respect

Guests must respect neighbors and comply with designated quiet hours. Excessive noise, nuisance behavior, or complaints from neighbors or local authorities may result in penalties or removal from the property.

9. Property Care, Damage & Cleaning

Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in reasonable condition during their stay. Damage beyond normal wear and tear, missing items, or excessive cleaning requirements may result in additional charges.

A security deposit or damage authorization may be required and is handled through Hospitable when applicable.

10. Maintenance & Right of Entry

Wanderhub Collective or authorized service providers may enter the property for maintenance, repairs, inspections, or emergencies. Reasonable notice will be provided when possible.

11. Utilities, Internet & Smart Home Technology

Utilities and internet access are provided as conveniences and are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted. Temporary outages do not constitute grounds for refunds.

Smart home devices may be used for access control and safety purposes only and are not used to monitor private guest activity.

12. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Guests assume full responsibility for their safety and the safety of their party during the stay. Wanderhub Collective is not liable for injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

Guests are encouraged to obtain travel insurance to cover personal belongings and unforeseen circumstances.

13. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government actions, or infrastructure failures.

14. Privacy & Data Handling

Personal information collected during the booking process is handled by Hospitable in accordance with its privacy policy. Wanderhub Collective only accesses guest data necessary to manage the stay and provide support.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the property is located. Any disputes shall be resolved under applicable local jurisdiction.
