In this inviting living room, you’ll find a three person leather couch, three armchairs, and a bench under the TV if needed for extra seating. The TV is a smart TV so you can login to Netflix, HULU, Apple TV, Spotify, Disney+, etc.

  • We do not third party bookings; the guest who booked the stay must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Third party bookings made by someone other than one of the guests staying at the property are subject to cancellation without a refund.
  • No pets are permitted other than service animals who have been individually trained to work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability.

  • No smoking/vaping in the house or on the property.
  • No parties. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am everyday as a courtesy to our neighbors
  • No unauthorized pets, subject to a $350 violation
  • No third party bookings. Third party bookings are subject to cancellation without a refund.
  • No outside visitors allowed in the house (other than guests accounted for in reservation details or that guest messaged host for pre-approval for).
  • If you plan to use the pack n play, please bring your own sheet.

Please note, we have our neighbors take out the trash bins every Monday night (and recycling every other Monday night). They will not enter the home.

  • No outside visitors allowed in the house (other than guests accounted for in reservation details or that guest messaged host for pre-approval for).
  • No smoking/vaping in the house or on the premises. Any evidence of smoking on the property will result in a $250 fine plus the cost of any odor mitigation and lost revenue from cancelled bookings.
  • No parties. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am everyday in courtesy to our neighbors
  • No pets, subject to a per day violation.
  • There will be a $150 fee per hour starting at 12:00pm for any unauthorized late check-out.
